Center Manager

G-TEC Education Institute is looking for an experienced and dynamic **Center Manager** to lead our Al Ain branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, driving student enrollments, and ensuring high-quality training delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage day-to-day operations of the training center * Lead and supervise academic and administrative staff * Achieve student enrollment targets and revenue goals * Handle student inquiries, admissions, and customer relations * Ensure compliance with local education regulations and standards * Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities * Maintain quality standards in training delivery and student satisfaction * Prepare reports and coordinate with head office **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Education/Management preferred) * Minimum 2–5 years of experience in managing a training institute or educational center in the UAE * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Knowledge of KHDA/MOE regulations is an advantage * Sales and marketing experience in education sector preferred * **Salary & Benefits:** * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Performance-based incentives * Career growth opportunities Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
