Chief Accountant

**About Us** GSY International Groups is a global trading and FMCG company with operations spanning wholesale, retail, and international exports. We are looking for a detail-oriented **Cheif Financial Officer** to support our business needs. **About Job Role:** This role directly involves to report and provide daily/monthly financial insights to the management/chairman and directors. The CFO is specifically or indirectly responsible for the following: **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver close change management advice to the board and advise from a commercial and strategic direction as to where the company needs to be focusing. * Responsible for the identification of new systems and operating procedures. * Strong leadership and team handling capability. * CFO is responsible for directly or indirectly managing the vision and daily operations of the organization. Working with the chairman and directors. * Develop and impletment accouting strategies for the business needs in lias with the organizational financial needs. * Manage the group’s entire banking & finance functions independently and corodination with the teams. * Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting to the Board of Directors of group companies. * Provide strategic guidance, tactical direction, and decision support to business and finance partners. * Oversee VAT filings, Compliance, CT registrations as per UAE FTA standards promptly. * Manage and track P&L, Balance sheets, Financial closures, Reports insights to the management in regular basis. * Forecast cash flow and manage budgeting processes. * Advise management on financial strategy, cost optimization, and regulatory changes. * Support audits and coordinate with external auditors. * Work closely with operations and other teams to align financial planning with business goals. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (Master’s is a plus). * 8-10 years of accounting experience in UAE (FMCG/trading background preferred). **Requirements** * Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, GST & TDS. * Proficiency in Tally ERP / QuickBooks / MS Excel. * Leadership skills and team management. * Good analytical and communication skills. **What We Offer** * Full-time, permanent role . * Competitive salary package. * Professional growth opportunities within an international group.
