Job Post – Senior Finance Manager (Part-Time) **Position:** Senior Finance Manager (Part-Time) **Company:** Master Outlet Trading – Ecommerce Division (Dubailist.com) **Work Mode:** Remote / Hybrid **Working Hours:** 10 hours per week **Salary:** AED 3,000 per month Job Overview We are looking for an experienced **Senior Finance Manager** to help restructure and polish the financial system of our retail and ecommerce operations. The role focuses on improving accounting accuracy, ensuring financial transparency, and supporting business growth through better financial control. Key Responsibilities * Review and improve the accounting structure in **Odoo** * Supervise reconciliation of **bank accounts vs accounting system** * Monitor financial accuracy between **POS, Shopify, and Odoo** * Review cost price structure and ensure correct profit margins * Ensure proper tracking of **expenses, liabilities, and vendor balances** * Monitor payroll structure and cost allocation * Provide financial insights and recommendations to management * Support preparation of financial reports and profitability analysis * Guide the junior accountant and ensure correct bookkeeping standards Requirements * Proven experience as Finance Manager / Senior Accountant * Experience with **Odoo accounting system** * Strong knowledge of retail or ecommerce accounting * Strong reconciliation and financial control experience * Ability to work independently and provide structured improvements * Experience working with POS systems or Shopify is a plus Job Types: Part-time, Contract Contract length: 48 months Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Expected hours: 10 per week Work Location: In person
