The COO will be responsible for driving project execution, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery of construction projects in line with company standards. **Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership** * Oversee daily construction operations, including project execution, procurement, and site management * Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget * Implement operational strategies aligned with company growth objectives **Project Management** * Supervise project managers, engineers, and site teams * Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and risk management * Ensure compliance with UAE construction laws, safety standards, and quality regulations **Strategic Execution** * Translate business goals into actionable operational plans * Drive process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs * Support expansion into new construction projects and markets **Financial & Performance Oversight** * Manage operational budgets, cost control, and profitability * Track KPIs such as project timelines, cost variance, and productivity * Collaborate with finance on forecasting and reporting **Team Leadership** * Lead and mentor department heads (engineering, procurement, QA/QC, HSE) * Build a high-performance culture across all operational teams * Ensure workforce planning aligns with project demands **Stakeholder Management** * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers * Represent the company in high-level meetings and negotiations **Qualifications & Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field * MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification (preferred) * Minimum 5–7 years in senior leadership role (Operations Director/COO level) * Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and project lifecycle * Proven track record managing large-scale construction projects **Skills & Competencies** * Leadership and decision-making * Strategic planning and execution * Contract management and negotiation * Financial acumen and cost control * Risk management * Excellent communication skills **Salary & Benefits** * Competitive executive salary (based on UAE market standards) Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
