Chief Structural Manager

**About the Role** We are looking for a highly experienced **Lead / Chief Structural Manager** to join a major project in Riyadh. You will be responsible for leading structural design review, shop drawing teams, and site technical coordination. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong presence on site. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage structural shop drawing teams – review, check, and approve all structural drawings * Review structural design calculations and submissions using **ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, Prokon** * Use **BIM (Revit Structure / Navisworks)** for clash detection and coordination * Ensure compliance with **Saudi Building Code (SBC)** and international standards (ACI, ASCE, BS, Eurocodes) * Coordinate with consultants, architects, MEP, and civil disciplines * Support construction activities on site – resolve technical issues, issue **RFIs and technical clarifications** * Ensure all structural works align with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements **Mandatory Qualifications** * **15+ years** of structural engineering experience (design + site) * **PMP certification** (mandatory) * Strong experience leading shop drawing teams * Expert in **ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, Prokon, and BIM** * Valid **Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) classification** – Professional Engineer minimum (Consultant classification is an advantage) * Strong knowledge of **SBC and international codes** * **Valid transferable iqama** * **Immediate availability preferred** **Required Skills** * Strong leadership and decision-making * Excellent coordination and communication * Ability to manage technical issues on site under pressure **Preferred (Added Advantage)** * Consultant classification with SCE * Previous experience as Lead Structural Engineer or Chief Structural Manager in KSA * Arabic language is a plus **How to Apply** Please send your CV along with copies of: * PMP certificate * SCE classification * Iqama (valid & transferable) **Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.** Work Location: In person
