Civil Draftsman

**Senior Civil Draftsman – Infrastructure & Commercial Projects** **Location:** Ras Al Khaimah **Experience:** 12–15 Years**Role Overview** We are looking to hire a **highly experienced Civil Draftsman** with a strong background in **large-scale civil and commercial infrastructure projects**. This role requires someone who can independently handle complex drawings, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and support execution teams with accurate, high-quality technical documentation across the project lifecycle. The candidate should be comfortable working in **fast-paced project environments** and have hands-on experience across **roads, utilities, site development, and commercial infrastructure projects**. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and develop detailed **civil and infrastructure drawings**, including: * Site layouts and grading plans * Road alignments and profiles * Utility layouts (water supply, sewerage, stormwater, drainage) * Foundation and structural coordination drawings * Shop drawings and as-built drawings * Translate engineering concepts, sketches, and calculations into **accurate and buildable drawings** * Coordinate closely with: * Civil and structural engineers * Architects and MEP teams * Project managers and site execution teams * Ensure all drawings are aligned with: * Project specifications * Local authority regulations * Approved design standards * Manage revisions, updates, and version control across multiple drawing packages * Provide continuous support to site teams by incorporating **on-ground changes and red-line corrections** **Software & Technical Skills** * Strong hands-on experience with: * **AutoCAD (mandatory)** * **Civil 3D (preferred)** * Good understanding of: * Infrastructure detailing standards * Levels, contours, and grading * Utility coordination across disciplines **Experience Requirement** * **12–15 years of relevant experience** in civil drafting * Proven exposure to: * Large-scale infrastructure projects * Commercial developments (mixed-use, buildings, industrial sites) * Experience working on **multi-disciplinary projects** is essential * GCC / international project exposure is a strong advantage **What We Are Looking For** * Someone who can **work independently** with minimal supervision * Strong attention to detail and drawing accuracy * Ability to handle **tight deadlines and multiple deliverables** * Practical understanding of **site execution challenges** * Strong coordination skills across teams **Qualification** * Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Job Type: Permanent Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
