Civil Draughtsman

We are looking for a skilled Civil Draughtsman to prepare detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects. The candidate will work closely with engineers and site teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings for construction, maintenance, and fit-out projects, while coordinating with engineers and site teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD or similar software * Review and interpret engineering designs and specifications * Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams * Revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions * Maintain proper documentation and drawing records * Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and regulations **Requirements:** * Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field * Minimum [2–5] years of experience as a Civil Draughtsman * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) * Knowledge of construction standards and site practices * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Good communication and teamwork skills * Must be available for **immediate joining** **Preferred:** * Experience in UAE projects * Knowledge of other drafting software (Revit, Civil 3D is a plus) **Salary & Benefits:** * Competitive salary based on experience * Company visa * Annual leave as per UAE labor law Job Type: Contract Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
