**Key Responsibilities**
* Supervise and manage civil construction activities on-site
* Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications
* Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines
* Monitor project progress and report updates regularly
* Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
* Manage materials, manpower, and equipment efficiently
* Solve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
* 2–8 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects
* Strong knowledge of site supervision and project execution
* Familiarity with construction codes and safety regulations
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Gulf experience is an advantage but not required
