Civil Engineer

1.Possess over 5 years of on-site civil construction experience, hold a UAE professional qualification certificate, have ADNOC project management experience，and Fluent in English. 2. Participate in project feasibility studies, scheme design and construction drawing review, and optimize technical solutions. 3.Prepare English versions of construction organization design, technical briefing documents and special construction plans. 4.Solve technical problems in construction (such as foundation treatment, structural nodes, etc.) 5.Supervise the construction process to ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications and national standards (such as GB series). 6. Organize material acceptance, hidden project inspection and acceptance of sub-projects. 7.Handle quality defects, formulate rectification measures and follow up implementation. 8. Review construction schedule and coordinate resources to avoid delays. 9.Monitor engineering changes and visas to control budget overruns. 10. Implement safety and civilized construction requirements and investigate hidden dangers (such as foundation pit support, high-altitude operations, etc.). 11. Participate in safety accident investigations and emergency plan formulation. **OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** 1. New technology application: Promote new technologies such as BIM and prefabricated buildings. 2.Training guidance: Provide technical training and briefing to the construction team. 3. Post-support: Participate in maintenance and rectification during the warranty period after completion. 4.Cross-departmental collaboration: Provide technical support in cooperation with bidding, procurement and other departments. **JOB INTERACTIONS AND WORKING RELATIONSHIP** Internal collaboration 1.Project Department: Coordinate with project managers, construction workers, and safety officers to promote the project. 2.Design Department: Communicate drawing changes and technical feasibility. 3.Cost Department: Review engineering quantities and change costs. External coordination 1.Owner/Supervisor: Report progress and quality, and handle acceptance issues. 2.Construction unit: Supervise contractor performance and coordinate on-site conflicts. 3.Government departments: Cooperate with quality inspection stations, safety inspection stations, etc. for inspections. 4.Suppliers: Control material quality and delivery cycle Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
