Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Civil Engineer role. You will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing construction projects. Day-to-day duties will include conducting site visits, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing project timelines and schedules. Should have knowledge in Drafting as well as preparing program charts based of project plan. Qualifications * Experience in Civil Engineering in site execution and planning * Knowledgeable in execution of works from structural to finishing works for villa projects * Excellent knowledge of Civil maintenance and contracting * Experience with MEP works related * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong Knowledge of engineering and planning software and tools such as AutoCAD , Primavera , Excel . * Experience of construction industry in the UAE for at least 2-4 Years only not above or below the mentioned criteria of experience. * Should be fluent in English * Driving license is mandatory * Should be having working knowledge of projects in Dubai.
