Civil Engineer (Architecture Engineering Background Preferred)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with a background in Architecture Engineering to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the UAE construction market and a strong understanding of local regulations and site practices. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building projects * Review architectural drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications * Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers * Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed on time and within budget * Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety standards, and regulations * Prepare reports, technical documents, and project updates **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory) * Background or knowledge in Architecture Engineering is an advantage * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the UAE construction market * Arabic speaker (preferred) * Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and procedures * Good communication and teamwork skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in residential or commercial projects * Must have valid Civil Engineer Degree * Familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD, etc.) * Must have UAE driving license.
