Civil Engineer cum Draftman

**Job description:** ***' Civil Engineer - Dubai Municipality Certified' All Rounder*** We are currently looking for an experienced and highly skilled Civil Engineer with a strong background in Villa and Building construction in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing all phases of the construction process, overseeing the successful completion of projects from initial planning and design through to final execution. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare **detailed technical drawings** * Create detailed drawings and layouts for projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications * Preparing and approving project plans, specifications, and cost estimates * Handling of Authorities like DM, DCD, DDA and all local authorities * Develop detailed 2D drawings in AutoCAD, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings. * Preparation of Detailed Drawing under the guidance of PM * Prepare the shop drawing for submission to the consultant. * Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from drawings, specifications, and other project documents. * Review and verify subcontractor and supplier quotations against BOQ. * Familiar with Dubai Municipality site inspections and documentation * Knowledge of 2d & 3d AutoCAD, Revit and other design software **Qualifications & Requirements:** * **Valid Dubai Municipality Engineering License** * Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. * **Minimum 3 yrs experience in UAE.** * UAE driving license preferred * Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations, materials, and methodologies. * Exceptional project management, leadership, and organizational skills. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Strong communication and negotiation skills.
