Civil Engineer-G+4

**Job Summary** We are seeking a qualified **Civil Engineer with a valid G+4 license** to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee construction projects from initial planning to final completion, ensuring work complies with local authority regulations, engineering standards, and safety guidelines. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare, review, and approve project drawings, structural designs, and construction plans in compliance with G+4 licensing requirements. * Supervise on-site operations and ensure all civil works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. * Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution. * Submit drawings, documentation, and approvals to relevant authorities (e.g., Municipality, Civil Defense). * Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress, resolving technical challenges and ensuring quality control. * Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material specifications. * Ensure adherence to project schedules and assist in planning to avoid delays. * Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and compliance records. * Attend technical meetings, site visits, and authority inspections as required. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s is a plus). * **Valid G+4 Engineer License** from the relevant local authority (e.g., Dubai Municipality). * Minimum **2–5 years of experience** in building construction and supervision. * Strong knowledge of structural design, local building codes, and construction practices. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD, ETABS, MS Office, and related engineering software. * Strong communication, leadership, and site coordination skills.
