**Location :** Riyadh, Saudi Arabia **Industry:** Infrastructure / Urban Development **Availability:** Immediate **Role Context** We are seeking an experienced **Programme Manager** to oversee and manage a portfolio of **multi-project programs** in Riyadh. The role requires strategic leadership to ensure **successful delivery, integration, and coordination** of multiple projects while meeting **time, cost, quality, and stakeholder objectives**. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a **program consisting of multiple projects** * Develop and maintain the **overall program roadmap, master schedule, and budget** * Ensure **alignment between projects** and program-level objectives * Monitor and report on **program performance, risks, dependencies, and issues** * Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders for integrated delivery * Support **governance, reporting, and decision-making processes** at the program level * Facilitate **resource allocation, prioritization, and optimization** across projects * Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, standards, and best practices * Drive **continuous improvement, lessons learned, and efficiency initiatives** **Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field * **15+ years of experience** managing large-scale programs or portfolios * Proven experience overseeing **multi-project programs** in infrastructure, urban development, or mega projects * Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills * Ability to work in high-pressure, complex environments with multiple interfaces * Experience in **mega or giga projects** is highly preferred **Required Skills** * Strong expertise in **interface management methodologies and tools** * Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills * Ability to manage conflicting priorities and resolve complex issues * Strong analytical and organizational abilities * Experience working with planning and project control teams * Proficient in reporting and documentation * Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage **Job Category:** Infrastructure Urban Development **Job Type:** Engineering **Job Location:** Riyadh Saudi Arabia
