Civil Engineer with G+1 license

A Civil Engineer with a G+1 license will be responsible for overseeing the construction of villas ensuring they adhere to design specifications, safety regulations, and local authority requirements. This role involves a combination of site supervision, project management, and technical expertise. Key Responsibilities · Site Supervision: Ensuring all civil works, including, concrete, and finishing, are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule. · Project Management: Managing subcontractors, coordinating with consultants and authorities, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely and within-budget completion. · Technical Expertise: Interpreting drawings, resolving technical issues, and providing solutions to challenges encountered on-site. · Quality and Safety: Enforcing strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, and ensuring the quality of work meets the required standards. · Material Management: Overseeing material procurement, site logistics, and equipment needs. · Documentation: Preparing and maintaining site reports, progress updates, and necessary documentation for approvals and inspections. · Coordination: Liaising with consultants, architects, and local authorities for inspections, approvals, and compliance with regulations and have good relationships with consultants and client to ensuring bring a projects from any responsible client. · Compliance: Ensuring all work complies with relevant building codes and regulations, including those set by Dubai Municipality. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Dubai Municipality (DM) G+1 license is a must Proven experience in building construction, particularly G+1 projects. Strong understanding of structural and architectural drawings. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
