Civil Estimation Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Estimation Manager to lead the estimation and tendering function for large-scale civil contracting projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project budgets, and ensuring compliance with client and government requirements across various civil construction sectors. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive experience in GCC contracting environments, and proficiency in industry-standard estimation software. Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects * Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings * Develop and submit competitive bid proposals * Ensure compliance with local government standards and specifications * Utilize CCS Candy software for project estimation and cost control * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders * Manage and supervise teams of Quantity Surveyors and Proposal Engineers * Handle cost proposals, variations, and claims * Monitor project budgets and provide cost analysis reports * Support strategic planning for tendering and estimation activities Requirements Education: * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BSc / BTech) — Mandatory Experience: * Minimum 15 years of experience in civil estimation and tendering * Minimum 5 years of contracting experience in KSA * Proven experience with main contractors in large-scale projects Technical Skills: * Estimation and cost analysis * Project budgeting and tender preparation * Contractual knowledge (FIDIC / GCOC preferred) * Proficiency in CCS Candy software Industry Experience: * Residential and commercial construction projects * High-rise buildings * EPC / Design & Build projects * Oil & Gas projects * Infrastructure and framework tenders Language Requirements: * English — Required * Arabic — Preferred Compensation & Benefits * Salary: Up to SAR 30,000 per month * Annual Leave: 30 days * Medical Insurance: Provided * Air Tickets: Yearly * Family Status: Provided (Spouse and up to 2 children) * Performance Bonus: As per company policy Preferred Candidate Profile * Currently available in Saudi Arabia * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Strong communication and coordination skills Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Industry: Civil Contracting Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: Senior / Management Level Pay: ﷼30,000.00 per hour Work Location: In person
