Civil Foreman

**Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise day-to-day site operations and workforce (masons, carpenters, helpers, etc.) * Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, plans, and specifications * Allocate tasks and monitor productivity of workers * Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors * Ensure availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment * Maintain work progress and report daily site activities * Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company HSE policies * Identify and resolve on-site issues and delays * Monitor quality of work and ensure standards are maintained * Assist in site measurements and material estimation * Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness at site * Attend site meetings when required **Qualifications:** * Minimum 5–10 years of experience in civil construction * Experience in industrial, commercial, or warehouse projects is an advantage * Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
