Civil Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced \*Civil Foreman\* to oversee daily site operations for construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have \*at least 5 years of hands-on experience\* in civil construction within the UAE, with a strong understanding of local regulations, site coordination, and safety practices. --- ### \*Key Responsibilities:\* - Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications. - Manage and allocate labor, materials, and equipment efficiently. - Ensure all site operations comply with \*Dubai Municipality regulations\* and HSE standards. - Interpret and implement technical drawings and structural layouts. - Monitor site progress and report daily to the Site Engineer or Project Manager. - Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workers follow safety protocols at all times. - Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors to ensure smooth workflow. - Assist in scheduling work phases to meet project deadlines. - Maintain records of site activities, attendance, and material usage. - Valid Driver License Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED1.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
