Civil Foreman (Construction)

* Manages workers on site * Read drawings and construction plans * Maintain equipment and manage paper works * Work on the project site under site engineer’s supervision along site with the construction team * Making site reports and allocation of labors * Make sure workers know and carry out safety rules, such as wearing hard hats, other protective gears and PPE’s * Plans activities under the site engineer’s supervision * Make daily activities report * Responsible for the supervision of all civil works from excavating to finishing * Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean. * Verifies material quantities received on site * Coordinates with the project engineer and project manager for optimizing the allocated manpower and material and equipment for assigned project * Provide backup support for all operations and other related duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum of 3 Years of Experience as Site Foreman Proven working experience in residential bldgs.
