**Civil Site Engineer** **Required: Civil Site Engineer to work in a contracting company. Abu Dhabi/UAE.** **Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated **Civil Site Engineer** to oversee on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will act as the primary technical lead on-site, bridging the gap between design plans and physical execution. **Key Responsibilities** · **Site Supervision:** Oversee daily construction operations and ensure work aligns with architectural and engineering drawings. · **Quality Control:** Perform regular inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and material quality. · **Project Coordination:** Liaise with subcontractors, architects, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues promptly. · **Safety Management:** Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols to ensure a zero-accident workplace. · **Progress Reporting:** Maintain accurate site diaries and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for project managers. **Required Qualifications** · **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. · **Experience:** 2–5 years of proven experience in site supervision (Residential/Commercial/). · **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera). · **Soft Skills:** Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. **Joining:** Immediate- 1 week. **Job Type**: Full-time- permanent.
