CIVIL SITE ENGINEER FINISHING

The Role We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Civil Site Engineer specializing in finishing works to join our dynamic construction team for an Hospital Project in Ajman . The ideal candidate will oversee the quality and execution of finishing stages in construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate finishing works on construction sites, including plastering, painting, flooring, and ceiling installations. - Ensure all finishing activities comply with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to address and resolve any on-site challenges related to finishing. - Prepare daily progress reports and update project managers regarding finishing work status. - Conduct site inspections to monitor workmanship quality and material usage. - Manage resources and scheduling for efficient completion of finishing tasks. - Assist in procurement and verification of finishing materials in line with project requirements. - Ensure site safety protocols are followed during finishing operations. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with finishing activities to avoid delays or defects. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience as a Civil Site Engineer with a focus on finishing works in construction projects. - In-depth knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and industry standards. - Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control procedures at construction sites. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. - Proficient in using construction management software and tools. - High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
