We are dedicated to excellence in craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. **Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer with a strong background in fit-out projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working on various fit-out assignments in the GCC region. The Civil Site Engineer will oversee project execution, ensure adherence to quality standards, and manage site activities effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage daily fit-out site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution. * Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and manage any necessary adjustments. * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control. * Identify and resolve any site-related issues promptly, minimizing impact on project timelines. * Maintain accurate documentation, including site reports, progress updates, and compliance records. * Ensure that all work adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies. * Assist in managing project budgets and resources effectively. * Provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in fit-out projects within the GCC. * Proven track record of successfully managing fit-out sites from initiation to completion. * Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and relevant regulations. * Valid UAE Driver's License is mandatory. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in using MS Office and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD). * Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. * A supportive and collaborative work culture. **Application Process:** If you possess the required experience and are ready to take on new challenges with Aram Building Contracting LLC, please submit your updated CV to [email protected] with the subject line "Civil Site Engineer (Fit-Out) Application."
