Civil Supervisor

**Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. * Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow and proper execution of tasks. * Ensure all civil works (including structural, finishing, and concrete works) are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and local authority regulations. * Monitor site progress and prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management. * Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site in compliance with UAE regulations and company policies. * Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and identify defects or deviations, taking corrective action when necessary. * Manage site materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently to avoid delays and wastage. * Liaise with consultants, clients, and government authorities during inspections and approvals. * Ensure proper documentation of site activities, including work permits, material approvals, and inspection requests. * Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and technical challenges in coordination with the engineering team. * Assist in planning and scheduling work activities to meet project deadlines. * Maintain discipline and productivity among workers and subcontractors on-site. **Requirements:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * **Minimum 3 years of experience** in construction, preferably in the UAE. * **Proven experience in villa and warehouse construction projects is mandatory.** * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. * Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Familiarity with UAE municipality regulations and standards is an advantage.
