Civil Supervisor

The Civil Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all civil and structural activities at project sites, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. For More Information: +971558579769 **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise day-to-day civil works at site including block work, plastering, flooring, screeding, and structural modifications. * Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow. * Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications. * Monitor site progress and report daily updates to management. * Allocate tasks to site workers and ensure productivity targets are met. * Inspect ongoing works to ensure quality standards and rectify any defects. * Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and HSE regulations. * Coordinate with MEP and joinery teams for seamless execution of interior works. * Manage material requirements, site logistics, and ensure proper usage of materials. * Maintain site discipline, safety standards, and housekeeping. * Assist in site measurements, inspections, and snagging processes. * Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress. **Qualifications & Requirements:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Minimum **1–6 years of UAE experience** in interior fit-out or construction projects. * **Dubai Municipality approved candidates preferred.** * Strong knowledge of civil works related to interiors and finishing. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. * Familiarity with UAE building codes and safety regulations. * Good leadership and team management skills. * Basic computer knowledge (MS Office). * Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
