Civil Team Leader

**Civil Team Leader (Construction Works)** **Location:** UAE **Salary:** AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 per month **Industry:** Construction / Civil Works **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled and responsible **Civil Team Leader** to supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to civil construction works. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in excavation, brickwork, plastering, and concrete works, along with the ability to manage site workers efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and lead civil work teams at construction sites. * Execute and monitor **excavation works** as per drawings and safety standards. * Manage **brick/block work** ensuring alignment, leveling, and quality finish. * Supervise **plastering works** (internal & external) to achieve required finishing standards. * Coordinate and oversee **concrete works** including formwork, reinforcement checking, pouring, and curing. * Allocate manpower and monitor daily productivity. * Ensure works are completed according to project schedule and specifications. * Maintain quality control and report site progress to Site Engineer/Project Manager. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures. * Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors on site. * Maintain discipline and proper work practices among workers. **Requirements** * Minimum **2–4 years UAE/GCC construction experience**. * Strong practical experience in: * Excavation Works * Brick/Block Masonry * Plastering Works * Concrete & Structural Works * Ability to read basic construction drawings. * Experience handling civil labor teams. * Good communication and leadership skills. * Knowledge of site safety practices. * Immediate joiners preferred. **Qualification** * Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in Civil Construction (preferred). * Proven experience as Civil Foreman / Civil Team Leader. **Salary & Benefits** * Salary: **AED 2,000 – AED 2,500** * Company Visa * Accommodation & Transportation (as per company policy) * Annual Leave & Air Ticket as per UAE Labor Law Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
