Take advantage of new opportunities and take on exciting tasks and attractive positions with direct customer assignment. **Job Description** **Job Title:** Commissioning Engineer – Electrical / I&C **Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE **Project Type:** Large-Scale Thermal Power Plant Project **Employment Type:** Full-time / Project-Based The Commissioning Engineer will support the preparation and execution of electrical and instrumentation & control commissioning activities, ensuring proper testing, system readiness, and safe handover to operations. Key Responsibilities * Support commissioning activities for electrical and I&C systems * Review test procedures, commissioning dossiers, and system turnover documentation * Verify system readiness and support mechanical completion and punch clearance activities * Coordinate with construction, vendors, QA/QC, and operations teams * Witness testing, energization, loop checks, and functional testing activities * Support troubleshooting and resolution of commissioning issues * Ensure proper documentation and handover records are maintained * Follow all HSE and commissioning procedures during execution **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related discipline * Minimum 10 years of relevant experience * Strong commissioning background in thermal power plant projects, preferably CCGT * Good knowledge of electrical systems, control systems, testing, and plant startup activities * Strong coordination and reporting skills Preferred Profile * GCC project experience * Exposure to DCS, protection systems, switchgear, and commissioning interfaces **Additional Information** **Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted**
