**Construction Coordinator** **888 Design Build LLC – Doha, Qatar** **Position Overview** 888 Design Build LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Construction Coordinator** to support and oversee construction project activities in Doha. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating site operations, ensuring project timelines are met, maintaining communication between stakeholders, and supporting overall project execution from planning through completion. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure smooth workflow and project efficiency * Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring construction progress * Liaise with contractors, consultants, engineers, suppliers, and clients to ensure clear communication * Track project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports * Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations in Qatar * Monitor material deliveries and site logistics to avoid delays * Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and report updates * Support quality control processes and ensure work meets design and contractual requirements * Maintain organized project records and documentation systems * Identify potential project delays or issues and escalate them promptly **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field * 2–5 years of experience in construction coordination or site engineering * Strong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle * Familiarity with local construction regulations in Qatar is an advantage * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus) * Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities * Team-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities **Preferred Skills** * Experience working in design-build or interior fit-out projects * Knowledge of scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications **Location** Doha, Qatar **Company** 888 Design Build LLC is a dynamic design and construction company specializing in delivering high-quality architectural, interior, and build solutions across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
