**Construction Coordinator** **Company: Construir PA LLC** **Location: Al Rayyan, Qatar** **Position Overview** Construir PA LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. The role is responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring project schedules are met, and maintaining clear communication between project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in construction operations, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily construction activities across multiple sites to ensure smooth project execution * Assist project managers in planning work schedules, resource allocation, and logistics * Monitor project progress and report updates, delays, and risks to management * Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and local building codes * Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation for accuracy and completeness * Track project milestones and assist in preparing progress reports and documentation * Support quality control processes and site inspections * Help resolve on-site issues and escalate critical concerns when necessary * Maintain organized records of permits, contracts, and project communications **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field * 3–6 years of experience in construction coordination or site supervision * Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project workflows * Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills * Strong communication and coordination abilities * Familiarity with safety regulations and construction standards in Qatar is an advantage * Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines **Preferred Skills** * Experience in large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects * Knowledge of project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills * Team-oriented with leadership capabilities on-site coordination **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Career growth opportunities within a growing construction company * Exposure to major development projects in Qatar * Professional and collaborative work environment الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
