**Construction Coordinator Job Description** **Construction Impex LLC – Doha, Qatar** Construction Impex LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Coordinator to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will support project execution by coordinating site activities, ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders, and helping deliver projects on time and within budget. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate daily construction operations and ensure alignment with project timelines * Act as a liaison between project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers * Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation * Track project progress and prepare regular status and performance reports * Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations * Manage and maintain project documentation including drawings, permits, and contracts * Monitor material deliveries and inventory to prevent delays * Identify potential risks or issues and assist in implementing corrective actions * Support site teams with administrative and operational coordination tasks **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field * 2–5 years of experience in construction coordination or project support * Strong knowledge of construction processes and project lifecycle * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) * Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills **Requirements:** * Must be eligible to work in Qatar * Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities * Willingness to work on-site and adapt to project requirements **Benefits:** * Competitive salary package * Company-provided accommodation and transportation * Health insurance as per company policy * Opportunities for career growth and professional development نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
