Key Responsibilities * Act as the primary point of contact between subcontractors, site engineers, and project owners. * Oversee site activities to ensure work aligns with project timelines, technical specifications, and safety protocols. * Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials to prevent site delays. * Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for senior management and clients. * Manage permit applications and ensure compliance with local Qatari building regulations. * Assist in resolving technical issues on-site and facilitating necessary design adjustments. * Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain Almannan’s high standards of craftsmanship. Skills and Requirements * **Technical Proficiency:** Ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings and engineering blueprints. * **Project Management Tools:** Strong experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling software. * **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic language skills are highly valued for vendor coordination. * **Safety Mindset:** Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and risk management. * **Experience:** 3–5 years of experience in construction coordination or site supervision, preferably within the GCC. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
