Construction Coordinator

**Job Title:** Construction Coordinator **Company:** Advcon Center LLC **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Job Summary:** The Construction Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This role ensures smooth coordination between project teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders while maintaining compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate daily construction activities and ensure alignment with project schedules. * Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate workflow. * Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports. * Assist in procurement processes, including tracking materials and equipment deliveries. * Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. * Maintain project documentation, including permits, contracts, and technical drawings. * Identify potential delays or issues and communicate solutions proactively. * Support site inspections and quality control procedures. * Coordinate meetings and maintain communication between stakeholders. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. * 2–5 years of experience in construction coordination or project support roles. * Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles. * Proficiency in MS Office and project management software. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. * Knowledge of local construction regulations in Qatar is an advantage. **Key Competencies:** * Attention to detail * Problem-solving skills * Time management * Team collaboration * Ability to work under pressure **Working Conditions:** * Office and site-based role * May require travel between project sites within Doha **Benefits:** * Competitive salary package * Health insurance * Opportunities for professional development **Application Instructions:** Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their CV and cover letter outlining their relevant experience.
