In this role, you will serve as a technical authority overseeing construction projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional expertise in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with UAE construction standards, managing cross-functional teams, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality throughout all project phases. * Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution * Analyze project requirements and develop comprehensive construction strategies and timelines * Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate project implementation * Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to maintain project alignment and quality standards * Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress against established milestones and performance metrics * Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success * Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost control measures * Ensure strict adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and UAE construction standards * Prepare detailed project reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders * Lead and mentor construction teams, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and professional excellence * Resolve technical issues and make decisive decisions to keep projects on track * Maintain organized records of project documentation, permits, and compliance certifications **What do we need from you** * Minimum 20 years of professional construction management experience on commercial or infrastructure projects * Advanced proficiency with construction management software and project management tools * Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, best practices, and industry standards * Demonstrated expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control * Thorough understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and UAE construction requirements * Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction specifications * Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities * Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills * Experience with site supervision and team coordination * Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation planning * Preferred: Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software * Preferred: Background in large-scale commercial or infrastructure development projects * Preferred: Leadership experience and proven mentoring capabilities * Preferred: Established relationships with contractors and vendors in the UAE construction industry **What's in it for you?** * Strong willingness to learn and grow in a site-based role * Basic technical and analytical thinking * Good coordination and teamwork abilities * Attention to detail and commitment to quality * Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
