Construction Foreman

**Position Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Foreman** with a strong background in **high-rise building construction** to oversee daily site operations and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. The ideal candidate must be hands-on, highly organized, and willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and daily construction activities. * Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project timelines. * Monitor productivity, workmanship, and site progress on a daily basis. * Assign tasks and guide laborers, carpenters, steel fixers, masons, and other trades as needed. * Ensure compliance with site safety rules, quality standards, and company procedures. * Report site issues, delays, manpower needs, and material shortages to the Project Engineer or Site Manager. * Check materials, tools, and equipment availability before work starts. * Conduct toolbox talks and promote safe working practices on site. * Resolve minor site-related issues and support smooth coordination between teams. * Maintain daily site reports and progress updates. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a **Foreman** in **high-rise building construction**. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and trade supervision. * Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings and instructions. * Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Strong commitment to safety and quality. * Willingness to relocate to **Ras Al Khaimah (RAK)**. * Physically fit and able to work in a site environment. **Preferred Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience in building construction, preferably high-rise projects. * Experience working with developers or main contractors in the UAE. * Basic knowledge of site documentation and reporting. * Driving license is an advantage.
