Construction Manager

**Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure smooth project execution as per the approved schedule and budget. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. * Monitor daily site progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines. * Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, addressing any deviations or non-conformities. * Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on-site, ensuring adherence to local laws and company safety procedures. * Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and technical documents, resolving conflicts or discrepancies in coordination with the engineering and planning teams. * Manage workforce deployment, material deliveries, and equipment utilization to optimize productivity and reduce downtime. * Coordinate with authorities such as Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other regulatory bodies for necessary approvals and inspections. * Ensure effective communication between site teams, project management, and consultants to facilitate smooth decision-making and issue resolution. * Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and audits to maintain construction excellence and minimize rework. * Assist in contract management, including reviewing subcontractor performance, work progress, and compliance with contractual obligations. * Track material consumption, identify potential wastage, and implement cost-control measures without compromising quality. * Lead site meetings, brief teams on project updates, and provide technical guidance to engineers and supervisors. * Oversee project handover processes, including snagging, de-snagging, and obtaining completion certificates. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Minimum 12–17 years of experience in high-rise building construction, with at least 4 years in a Construction Manager role in Dubai.
