Construction Manager

* Manage day-to-day construction site operations * Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines and milestones * Supervise site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and labor teams * Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, safety standards, and authority requirements * Coordinate with consultants, architects, and clients * Monitor project costs, budgets, and material usage * Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues * Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents * Prepare progress reports and updates for management * Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications * Minimum 3**+ years of experience in the UAE** as a Construction Manager or similar role * Strong knowledge of Dubai construction regulations and authority approvals * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management * Strong leadership and team management skills * Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines * Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools * Valid UAE driving license (preferred) * Experience dealing with consultants and government authorities * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities * Excellent communication and coordination skills Education: * Higher diploma (Required) Willingness to travel: * 75% (Required) Work Location: In person
