Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced **Construction Manager** to oversee day‑to‑day site operations, ensure project milestones are achieved, and maintain full compliance with safety, quality, and client requirements. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands‑on site experience and the ability to coordinate teams in a fast‑paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead, supervise, and manage all on‑site construction activities. * Plan daily/weekly work schedules and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment. * Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project timelines. * Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. * Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports. * Enforce HSE standards and ensure a safe working environment at all times. * Resolve technical issues and provide practical solutions on site. * Review and approve material requests, inspections, and method statements. * Attend progress meetings with clients and project stakeholders. * Ensure quality control and compliance with company policies and project requirements. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred). * Minimum **7–10 years** of experience in construction, with at least **3 years in a managerial role**. * Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, regulations, and site practices. * Proven experience managing manpower, subcontractors, and site logistics. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage. * Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
