(BEST) L.L.C is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage overall construction site operations from initiation to completion * Plan, organize, and monitor project schedules and resources * Coordinate with consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and clients * Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety, and quality standards * Control project costs and monitor progress against budget * Resolve technical and site issues efficiently * Lead and supervise site teams to achieve project objectives * Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management Application Question(s): * expected salary Experience: * UAE : 10 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
