Alomar Holding Company, a leading investment group in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the execution of its real estate development projects in Riyadh. As part of a dynamic team dedicated to quality and sustainable growth, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and compliance. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the Kingdom’s evolving economic vision by managing complex developments and collaborating with multidisciplinary stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: * Oversee end-to-end construction projects from planning through commissioning, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, quality standards, and governance requirements. * Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations; proactively monitor progress and adjust plans to accelerate timelines without compromising quality. * Lead coordination with stakeholders including architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams; establish clear communication channels, RACI matrices, and escalation processes. * Implement and enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards on site; conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and corrective action plans. * Manage procurement and subcontractor performance, including scope definition, contract administration, performance monitoring, change management, and ensuring adherence to project specifications. **Requirements** Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field * 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end construction projects, including residential building developments * Hands-on experience with project planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project * Comprehensive knowledge of construction site safety, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements * Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing corrective action plans on construction sites * Proven ability to manage subcontractor performance, including scope definition, contract administration, and change management * Experience coordinating with subcontractors, client/owner representatives, inspectors, and consultants * Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) * Currently located in Saudi Arabia with valid iqama (work authorization) * Available to start within 30 days * Able to work on-site across multiple project sites around Riyadh * Experience using RACI matrices and defined escalation processes to coordinate project stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification **Benefits** * Health insurance coverage (medical, dental, vision) * Paid annual leave and public holidays * On-site support and resources for project management * Opportunities for advancement within a leading Saudi investment group
