Job Title: Construction Manager Location: Sharjah (Project Site) Gender Preference: Male Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to oversee project site operations in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on site * Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers * Ensure project timelines and milestones are achieved * Monitor project budget and control costs * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards * Review drawings, specifications, and project documents * Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and clients * Prepare progress reports and site updates * Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution Requirements: * Male candidate currently based in the UAE * Must have own valid visa (any emirate) * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field * Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE * Strong leadership and project management skills * Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations * Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: * Valid UAE driving license (added advantage) * Experience in large-scale or project-based environments How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their CV to [050-218-2819].
