Construction Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage building construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, extensive experience in the contracting industry, and a solid background in building construction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget * Manage project teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors * Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents * Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies * Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management * Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments * Control project costs and optimize resource utilization * Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction **Requirements:** * Minimum **10 years of experience** in construction, preferably in contracting companies * Proven experience in **building construction projects** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from a **reputable university** * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations * Excellent leadership and team management skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Strong communication and problem-solving skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC * Familiarity with local regulations and standards * PMP or other relevant certifications will be an advantage **Benefits:** * Competitive salary package * Company-provided accommodation and transportation * Medical insurance * Career growth opportunities Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
