Construction Manager - High Performance Training Centre

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee the construction of the High Performance Training Centre. This position involves managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be instrumental in facilitating collaboration among multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to create a state-of-the-art facility for high performance training. Responsibilities * Lead and manage all construction activities for the High Performance Training Centre - Low-rise buildings experience and facilities like gyms. * Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules and budgets. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met. * Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues promptly. * Prepare and present regular progress reports to project stakeholders. * Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and industry best practices. * Manage resources efficiently and resolve any conflicts or delays. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 12 years of construction management experience with projects involving sports or high performance facilities. * Demonstrated experience managing complex construction projects from inception to completion. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality control. * Proficiency with project management software and tools. * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
