**Job Title:** Construction Project Manager
**Reports to:** Senior Project Manager / Director of Construction
**Employment Type:** Full-time / Part-time
**Location:** Doha, Qatar
**Position Summary**
We are seeking an experienced **Construction Project Manager** to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within budget. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Project Planning & Execution**
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants during pre-construction.
* Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
**Budget & Cost Management**
* Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and cash flow projections.
* Track expenses, approve invoices, and manage change orders.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing with subcontractors and suppliers.
**Schedule Management**
* Create and maintain detailed construction schedules (e.g., Gantt charts, critical path method).
* Monitor progress against milestones and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
* Resolve scheduling conflicts and delays proactively.
**Team & Subcontractor Coordination**
* Lead on-site and off-site project teams, including superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors.
* Assign tasks, set expectations, and monitor performance.
* Facilitate regular progress meetings and daily communications.
**Quality & Safety**
* Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols (OSHA standards) and quality control plans.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets contract documents and industry standards.
* Address non-compliance or defects immediately.
**Client & Stakeholder Management**
* Serve as primary client contact, providing regular status updates and managing expectations.
* Document all project communications, decisions, and changes.
* Manage project close-out, including punch lists, final inspections, and warranty turnover.
**Qualifications**
**Required:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
* 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or Assistant PM.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulations.
* Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar).
* Proven ability to manage budgets over $[X] million and teams of [X]+ people.
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
**Preferred:**
* PMP, CCM, or LEED AP certification.
* Experience with [specific type, e.g., multifamily, healthcare, industrial, or TI projects].
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
* Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.

Pay: QAR125,000.00 - QAR195,000.00 per year
