Construction Site Supervisor with valid Emirates id and NOC

If you have valid emirates id along with the NOC then only kindly applied for the job Key Responsibilities: \* Supervise daily site operations and ensure work progresses as per schedule \* Coordinate and manage labor, subcontractors, and suppliers \* Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards \* Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed on site \* Review drawings and resolve any technical issues in coordination with engineers and consultants \* Track project progress and report to the Project Manager regularly \* Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage \* Conduct site inspections and maintain records of work completed \* Manage site logistics, including deliveries, equipment, and storage \* Address and resolve any site-related issues or conflicts promptly ⸻ Requirements: \* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field \* Proven experience in construction site supervision \* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations \* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings \* Good leadership and communication skills \* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities \* Familiarity with local authority regulations (e.g., municipality requirements) ⸻ Preferred Skills: \* Experience with project scheduling tools \* Knowledge of quality control procedures \* Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure \* Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools) ⸻ Working Conditions: \* Primarily site-based role \* May require long hours, weekends, or shift work depending on project demands \* Exposure to outdoor weather conditions Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
