Contracts Engineer (with QS Experience) – Preferred Arab Nationality

We are seeking a qualified Contracts Engineer with Quantity Surveying (QS) experience to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing contracts as well as supporting QS-related tasks across projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare, review, and manage contracts and agreements * Handle contract administration, variations, and compliance * Perform Quantity Surveying tasks including cost estimation and BOQ preparation * Evaluate variations, claims, and project costs * Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients * Assist in tendering and procurement processes * Monitor project progress in line with contractual obligations **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil preferred) * Maximum 7 years of relevant experience * Proven experience as a Contracts Engineer with QS responsibilities * Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts * Good experience in cost control and contract administration * Experience in construction or real estate industry is preferred * Arabic speaker (preferred) **Benefits:** * Competitive salary package * Career growth opportunities * Professional work environment Job Type: Permanent Work Location: In person
