Contracts Manager

**Requirements:** * Must be a **qualified Engineer** (Civil / Architectural / Construction Management or related field) * Must hold valid **UPDA certification (Grade A or B preferred depending on role level)** * Strong knowledge of **FIDIC contracts** and international contract standards * Minimum 7–10 years of experience in **contracts management within real estate or construction projects** * Solid background in contract administration, claims, variations, and dispute resolution * Strong understanding of Qatar construction regulations and project delivery systems * Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills * Proficiency in MS Office and contract management tools **Preferred:** * **Arabic-speaking candidates preferred** * GCC or Qatar experience is an advantage **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage preparation, review, and execution of contracts and agreements * Handle variations, claims, and contractual correspondence * Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, procurement, and legal teams * Monitor contract performance and mitigate commercial risks * Support tendering and procurement processes Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
