We are seeking a customer-focused and professional Customer Service Officer to deliver excellent service, assist clients with banking needs, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and provide a professional and friendly banking experience.
• Assist customers in opening bank accounts and completing required documentation.
• Respond to inquiries regarding accounts, products, and banking services.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently or escalate when needed.
• Promote bank products and support cross-selling initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with KYC requirements and internal policies.
• Update account , opening KYC Account , replace and renew the cardQualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Previous experience in customer service or banking is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office and banking systems).
• Speaking very good Kurdish and Arabic English will be an asset
