Job Announcement – Customer Service OfficerLocation: DuhokReport to: Branch ManagerApply at: [email protected] the RoleWe are seeking a customer-focused and professional Customer Service Officer to deliver excellent service, assist clients with banking needs, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities• Welcome customers and provide a professional and friendly banking experience.• Assist customers in opening bank accounts and completing required documentation.• Respond to inquiries regarding accounts, products, and banking services.• Handle customer complaints efficiently or escalate when needed.• Promote bank products and support cross-selling initiatives.• Ensure compliance with KYC requirements and internal policies.• Update account , opening KYC Account , replace and renew the cardQualifications & Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.• Previous experience in customer service or banking is an advantage.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.• Basic computer skills (MS Office and banking systems).• Speaking very good Kurdish and Arabic English will be an assetHow to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to send their CVs to: [email protected] mention “Customer Service Officer” in the subject line.#KIB #KIB_BANK #HIRING
