Dental Product Manager (Sales Experience Required)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Dental Product Manager with a strong background in sales to lead the development, positioning, and growth of our dental product portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine clinical or industry knowledge with commercial expertise to drive product success and market expansion. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement product strategies to achieve sales and market share targets Work closely with the sales team to drive product adoption and revenue growth Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities Provide product training and support to sales representatives and distributors Build strong relationships with key clients, dental clinics, and partners Monitor product performance and adjust strategies accordingly Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, and supply chain teams Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Life Sciences, Business, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in dental sales or product management Strong knowledge of dental products (e.g., implants, equipment, consumables) Proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to travel as required Preferred Qualifications: Dental degree (DDS/DMD) or clinical background Experience in the UAE or GCC dental market Existing network within dental clinics and distributors What We Offer: Visa Career growth and development opportunities Dynamic and supportive work environment Work Location: In person
