Design & Estimation Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled **Design and Estimation Engineer** to join our team. The role includes designing fire protection systems and preparing accurate cost estimations for fire alarm and fire fighting projects. **Key Responsibilities**: * Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and blueprints particularly in AutoCAD. Design complete Fire Alarm Systems in accordance with project requirements, authority regulations, and NFPA standards. * Develop comprehensive cost estimates for material, labor, and equipment. * Preparation of cost sheets based on the individual project requirements * Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for accurate estimation inputs. * Design Fire Fighting Systems including sprinkler systems, hose reels, fire pumps, and hydrant systems. * Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and negotiate prices. * Ensure all designs conform to local regulations and international standards. Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil or relevant field) * Minimum 5 years of experience in design and estimation. * Strong knowledge of AutoCAD or relevant design software. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience in **Fire Protection / Construction / MEP projects** (if applicable) * Strong knowledge of Smoke Management System Send CV to: [email protected] Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
