Design & Estimation Engineer

**Job Title: Design & Estimation Engineer – Fire Protection Systems** **Location:** UAE **Experience Required:** Minimum 2+ years (UAE experience mandatory) **Job Summary:** We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Design & Estimation Engineer with hands-on experience in fire protection systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate designs, cost estimates, and technical submissions, while supporting project execution in compliance with local regulations and international standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop detailed design drawings and layouts for fire protection systems, including fire alarm, fire fighting, and sprinkler systems. * Review project documents such as specifications, tender drawings, and BOQs to prepare precise and competitive cost estimates. * Conduct site inspections to understand project scope, gather technical data, and coordinate requirements with clients and consultants. * Prepare and submit material submittals, ensuring all products and systems meet project specifications and UAE Civil Defense requirements. * Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotations, technical details, and necessary approvals. * Provide technical support to the project execution team, ensuring smooth implementation as per approved designs. * Ensure all designs and estimates comply with NFPA standards and relevant local regulations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. * Minimum 2 years of relevant UAE experience in fire protection or fire safety systems. * Strong understanding of NFPA codes and UAE Civil Defense guidelines. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications. * Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines efficiently. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary package as per industry standards * Opportunity to work on diverse fire protection projects across the UAE * Professional growth and exposure within a dynamic work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
